Polish space company Creotech Instruments sets issue price for new shares

Creotech Instruments, a Polish space technology company, has set the issue price for its series M shares at 740 PLN and will offer 650,000 shares to investors. The proceeds will support the company’s growth strategy for 2026-2029, aiming to strengthen its position in the global space market.

The accelerated bookbuilding process was used to determine the price. The shares will be allocated exclusively to qualified investors or those subscribing for at least 100,000 euros per investor, outside the United States. This issuance excludes pre-emptive rights for existing shareholders, allowing the company to quickly bring in new capital.

Creotech Instruments is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The company develops advanced satellite technologies and has been gaining recognition for its HyperSat modular platform. The funds from this issue are intended to accelerate the commercialization of its products and expand its production capabilities.

Strategic goals and market position

The company’s strategy for 2026-2029 focuses on scaling up satellite production, entering new international markets, and developing next-generation space systems. Creotech aims to become a key European player in the small satellite segment, which is growing rapidly due to demand for Earth observation and communication services.

With the raised capital, Creotech plans to invest in research and development, hire additional engineers, and increase its manufacturing capacity. The company has already delivered components for several European Space Agency missions and is working on its own satellite projects.

Investor interest and outlook

The accelerated bookbuilding attracted interest from both domestic and foreign institutional investors. The company’s ability to secure funding despite volatile market conditions signals confidence in its technology and business model. The new shares are expected to be admitted to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in the coming weeks.

Creotech Instruments continues to build on its expertise in microsatellite platforms. The HyperSat system offers flexibility for various payloads and orbits, making it attractive for both commercial and governmental customers. The company is also exploring partnerships with international space agencies.
