Grenevia appoints new CEO as Beata Zawiszowska resigns

Beata Zawiszowska has resigned as CEO of Grenevia, the Polish industrial holding company announced on June 15, 2026. The company did not disclose the reasons for her departure. Shortly after, the supervisory board appointed Mariusz Sośnierz to take over the top role, along with Robert Rogowski as deputy CEO.

Grenevia, a holding company focused on renewable energy, e-mobility, electrical power, and solutions for the mining and wind energy sectors, confirmed the leadership changes in a brief regulatory filing. The board also noted that Rogowski stepped down from his position on the supervisory board on the same day, with immediate effect.

New management team brings experience

Mariusz Sośnierz, the newly appointed CEO, holds a master’s degree in engineering management from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków and an MBA from the Warsaw University of Technology Business School. From 2000 to 2012, he worked in international organizations managing supply chains. He later held executive roles at Barlinek, Cersanit, and Black Red White. Since 2025, Sośnierz has been associated with the TDJ Group and has served as CEO of Famur since October 2025.

Robert Rogowski, who joins as vice president, also resigned from the supervisory board. The company did not elaborate on the reasoning behind the simultaneous appointments and resignations.

What lies ahead for Grenevia

Grenevia operates across four core segments: renewable energy, e-mobility, power engineering, and solutions for mining and wind power. The leadership transition comes as the Polish energy sector faces pressure to accelerate the green transition, while maintaining a stable supply chain for traditional industries. The company’s focus on integrating new technologies with legacy operations will be critical in the coming quarters.
