Robyg, one of Poland’s largest residential developers, made a successful return to the Warsaw Stock Exchange on Thursday, July 2, 2026, after an eight-year absence. The company’s IPO raised nearly 1.18 billion złoty, with shares priced at 34 złoty each, and saw strong demand from both institutional and individual investors. The debut marks the ninth listing on the GPW in 2026 and signals renewed confidence in the Polish housing market.
Robyg was previously listed on the Warsaw bourse between 2010 and 2018 before being delisted. Now, after years of strategic expansion, the company returns with a significantly stronger market position. During its absence, Robyg transformed from a Warsaw-centric developer into one of Poland’s leading residential developers, operating in key agglomerations including Warsaw, Tri-City, Wrocław, Poznań, Łódź, and Kraków. The firm has contracted nearly 38,000 units and delivered around 34,000 to clients over its 26-year history.
Strategic land bank and market position
One of Robyg’s key competitive advantages is its extensive land bank, which allows for the development of approximately 18,000 units. In the years 2024-2025 alone, the company spent about 1.6 billion złoty on land acquisitions. This land bank is concentrated in the largest and most liquid housing markets in Poland, giving the developer a strong pipeline for future projects.
The company operates across all price segments, from affordable units to premium investments, with a primary focus on the mid-range segment where demand remains strongest. This diversification helps Robyg navigate market cycles and maintain steady growth.
– From our previous presence on the GPW, we have come a long way, from an organization focused mainly on Warsaw to one of the leading residential developers in Poland, present in key agglomerations. Today’s debut is a confirmation of the organization’s maturity and readiness for further growth as a public company – said Oscar Kazanelson, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Robyg.
Investor confidence and financial flexibility
The IPO attracted significant interest. The book was oversubscribed multiple times, and individual investors faced a reduction rate of approximately 75%. Total trading volume reached nearly 30 million złoty within the first hour, though the share price remained stable around 34 złoty, reflecting balanced supply and demand.
– We have 26 years of activity on the Polish housing market behind us, nearly 38,000 contracted units, and consistent development in the largest agglomerations – said Eyal Keltsh, CEO of the developer. – Several times oversubscription of the order book by investors shows that the market appreciated our consistency in action and the credibility built over the years – added Marta Hejak, CFO of the company. – We believe that the debut on the GPW will strengthen the Group’s financial flexibility, broaden access to capital, and support the disciplined implementation of our growth strategy.
Robyg’s return to the stock exchange is seen as a positive signal for the Polish real estate sector, which has faced headwinds from rising interest rates and construction costs. The company’s strong balance sheet and proven track record may help it weather market uncertainties while pursuing new opportunities.
