Polish tech leader invests in Ukraine

Euvic Ukraina, a subsidiary of one of Poland’s leading technology groups, has secured 4 million euros in a funding round led by TCEE Fund IV, managed by 3TS Capital Partners. The investment will accelerate the company’s growth in the IT services market and support its international expansion as a multi-segment technology firm.

The company was established in September 2023 as a consolidation platform for Ukrainian technology firms. In less than two years, it has become a key IT service delivery center within the Euvic Group. Currently, Euvic Ukraina brings together six companies: Exoft, ARTKAI, Lampa, 7Devs, SmartTek, and Diya, employing over 400 IT specialists. The company projects revenues of approximately $20 million in 2026.

Nearly all of its revenue comes from clients outside Ukraine, primarily from the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Scandinavia. Previous growth, including initial acquisitions, was financed partly through credit facilities from PFR FIZAN Ventures. The new capital from the growth equity fund marks a new phase in Euvic Ukraina’s development and bolsters the international expansion of the Euvic Group.

Strategic partnership with growth fund

Under the transaction, TCEE Fund IV will acquire a significant minority stake in Euvic Ukraina, while Euvic SA will retain majority control. – Joining forces with a financial investor is an important vote of confidence in the direction we have chosen – said Lukasz Czernecki, president of Euvic Ukraina and vice president of Euvic SA. He emphasized that the involvement of 3TS Capital Partners brings experience in scaling businesses and building portfolio company value, which will support the firm’s acquisition and integration plans.

The goal is to triple the scale of operations within two years and enter the ranks of Ukraine’s largest IT companies. – This transaction is part of Euvic SA’s international strategy. Our aim is the consistent development of international competence centers, market consolidation, and building a strong technology group capable of executing increasingly complex projects for global clients. A partnership with a reputable fund allows us to pursue these ambitions more effectively – said Wojciech Wolny, president of Euvic SA.

Expanding global footprint

Euvic Group specializes in designing, building, and integrating IT systems for corporate and institutional clients. Its offerings include software development, infrastructure services, outsourcing, cybersecurity, and consulting. Euvic SA holds stakes in dozens of companies in Poland and abroad, with operations in Western Europe, the US, Dubai, and Ukraine. The latest investment in Euvic Ukraina underscores the group’s commitment to deepening its presence in the Ukrainian tech ecosystem, which continues to attract foreign capital despite the challenging geopolitical environment.

The funding round also included participation from a private investor, while the Euvic Group increased its own stake. The transaction is seen as a signal of confidence in the Ukrainian IT sector’s resilience and growth potential. With solid backing from both strategic and financial investors, Euvic Ukraina is poised to expand its capabilities and market reach, leveraging the talent and expertise of its 400-plus specialists to serve a growing roster of international clients.
