Polish tech company Euvic invests in Ukraine, raises 4 million euro

Euvic Ukraina, a platform consolidating Ukrainian IT firms and part of the Polish Euvic group, has secured 4 million euro in a financing round led by TCEE Fund IV, managed by 3TS Capital Partners. An individual investor also took part, while Grupa Euvic increased its own stake. The funds are intended to accelerate the company’s expansion in the IT services market and support its transformation into an international technology firm operating across multiple segments.

Founded in September 2023, Euvic Ukraina was designed as a consolidation vehicle for Ukrainian tech companies. In less than two years, it has become one of the key IT delivery centers within the Euvic group. The subsidiary now brings together six firms: Exoft, ARTKAI, Lampa, 7Devs, SmartTek and Diya, employing over 400 IT specialists in total. The company expects to generate approximately 20 million dollars in revenue in 2026.

Almost all of its revenue comes from clients outside Ukraine, primarily from the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Scandinavia. Previous growth, including initial acquisitions, was partly financed by loans from PFR FIZAN Ventures. The new equity injection from a growth capital fund marks a new chapter for Euvic Ukraina and supports the international expansion strategy of the entire Euvic group.

A rapid expansion through consolidation

Euvic Ukraina’s model relies on acquiring and integrating local software houses, then scaling them for global clients. The company plans to triple its business scale within two years and enter the ranks of Ukraine’s largest IT firms. As part of the transaction, TCEE Fund IV will take a significant minority stake in Euvic Ukraina, while Euvic SA remains the majority shareholder.

– Dołączenie inwestora finansowego do projektu Euvic Ukraina traktujemy jako ważny sygnał zaufania do obranego przez nas kierunku – says Łukasz Czernecki, president of Euvic Ukraina and vice-president of Euvic SA. He emphasizes that 3TS’s involvement also provides access to the fund’s experience in scaling businesses and building portfolio company value.

Ambitious growth targets ahead

Wojciech Wolny, president of Euvic SA, explains that the transaction is part of the group’s international strategy. – Naszym celem jest konsekwentny rozwój międzynarodowych centrów kompetencji, konsolidacja rynku oraz budowa silnej grupy technologicznej, która jest zdolna do realizacji coraz bardziej złożonych projektów dla klientów globalnych. Partnerstwo z renomowanym funduszem pozwala nam skuteczniej realizować te ambicje – he states.

The Euvic group specializes in designing, building and integrating IT systems for corporate and institutional clients. Its services include software development, infrastructure, outsourcing, cybersecurity and consulting. Euvic SA holds stakes in dozens of companies across Poland and abroad, with operations in Western Europe, the United States, Dubai and Ukraine.
