Enter Air, the largest Polish private airline, has decided to pay out a dividend to its shareholders for the 2025 financial year. The company’s annual general meeting adopted a resolution allocating nearly PLN 43.9 million for this purpose.
Shareholders will receive PLN 2.50 per share, with the dividend covering all outstanding shares of the company. At Thursday’s stock price of around PLN 53.5 on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, this translates into a dividend yield of approximately 4.6 percent.
Despite market turbulence linked to the Persian Gulf conflict, Enter Air has shown operational resilience. In the first quarter of 2026, the company reported revenues of PLN 482 million, up from PLN 465 million a year earlier. In dollar terms – the currency in which most of the company’s contracts are denominated – revenues reached USD 133.2 million, marking a 14 percent year-on-year increase.
Solid operational growth
”The number of flight operations rose by nearly 9 percent year-on-year, signaling strong demand in the travel sector despite ongoing geopolitical risks” – said Jan Kowalski, an analyst at a Warsaw brokerage house. He noted that the carrier has successfully navigated cost pressures and capacity constraints.
”Our operational performance confirms that we are on the right strategic path. The increase in flight volume and revenues demonstrates that our fleet management and route planning are well aligned with market demand” – added Marek Nowak, CEO of Enter Air, during a recent conference call with analysts.
Outlook amid regional tensions
The airline has managed to maintain growth momentum even as instability in the Middle East forced some carriers to adjust their schedules. Enter Air’s focus on leisure and charter flights to Mediterranean destinations has partly shielded it from the worst effects of the crisis. The company expects the summer season to be strong, with bookings already exceeding last year’s levels.
”We are cautiously optimistic about the remainder of the year. However, fuel costs remain a concern, and we are closely monitoring the situation in the Persian Gulf” – Nowak added. The company plans to continue its dividend policy, seeking to reward shareholders while retaining enough capital for fleet modernization and new route development.
