On 12 May 2026, Grupa Enea and Greenvolt Power finalised the sale of the Zaklików Wind Farm with a capacity of 10 MW. The buyer is Enea Nowa Energia, the company within Grupa Enea responsible for the development and management of renewable energy sources.
The Zaklików Wind Farm is located in the Podkarpackie province in south‑eastern Poland. It consists of five turbines with a total installed capacity of 10 MW. Each turbine has a capacity of between 2.0 and 2.2 MW. The project was handed over to Enea as fully operational before the closing of the transaction, after the conditions set out in the preliminary agreement had been met. The wind farm has been fully operational since the end of November 2025.
Zaklików is part of a wider portfolio of wind projects with a total capacity of 33.2 MW, the sale of which to Enea Nowa Energia was announced in May 2025. The total value of the transaction is €83.3 million.
In addition to the Zaklików Wind Farm, the agreement includes three other wind farms: Skibno (10 MW) in the Zachodniopomorskie province, Jabłonowo Pomorskie (6.6 MW) in the Kujawsko‑Pomorskie province, and Nowe Miasto Lubawskie (6.6 MW) in the Warmińsko‑Mazurskie province. In total, Enea will acquire 16 wind turbines under the transaction.
The closing of the transaction for Zaklików was conditional on meeting key requirements, including obtaining a building use permit and a licence for electricity generation. Those conditions were met before the end of February 2026. The remaining three wind farms will be handed over successively, in accordance with the agreement.
– The Zaklików Wind Farm is another important project in our renewable energy portfolio, supporting the energy transition of Grupa Enea, which clearly accelerated in 2025. This transaction confirms the strong and well‑developed partnership between our companies and is a positive signal for the implementation of further joint initiatives in the renewable energy sector in Poland. It is also further confirmation that Enea Nowa Energia is effectively implementing the Grupa Enea Strategy – said Tomasz Szamocki, Vice‑President of Enea Nowa Energia for Operations.
Greenvolt sells, Enea buys
Greenvolt Power is a developer of large‑scale renewable energy projects belonging to the Greenvolt Group. Poland is a key market for the group. Greenvolt has a portfolio in Poland comprising 238 MW of wind projects, 657 MW of solar projects and 2,595 MW of battery energy storage systems (BESS). Globally, the Greenvolt Group holds assets with a capacity of 12.8 GW.
– The completion of this transaction reflects our ability to consistently deliver high‑quality renewable assets, which is fundamental to building trust and strengthening our relationships with key stakeholders, in this case with Enea Nowa Energia, with whom we have built an effective relationship – said Weronika Nowak, CEO of Greenvolt Power.
Greenvolt is implementing an asset rotation strategy, which in 2025 reached 1 GW of sales. The transaction with Enea fits this model. Greenvolt built the wind farm, brought it to the operational stage and then sold it to an investor.
Impact on Grupa Enea
The transaction supports the energy transition of Grupa Enea, which is being carried out in line with the company’s Strategy to 2035. The strategy includes an investment programme worth approximately PLN 108 billion. Under this programme, Grupa Enea plans to invest in renewables, energy storage and the development and modernisation of distribution grids.
Grupa Enea’s installed renewable energy capacity increased by 220.5 MW year on year in 2025. The acquisition of the Zaklików wind farm (10 MW) and the remaining three wind farms (33.2 MW in total) will contribute to a further increase in that capacity.
Enea Nowa Energia is the company within Grupa Enea responsible for the development and management of renewable energy sources. It is the buyer of the Zaklików wind farm and the other three projects from the Greenvolt portfolio.
