Archicom, a Polish developer from the Echo group, sold 1,321 residential units in the first half of 2026, compared to 1,162 in the same period of 2025. The company maintains its full-year operational targets of 3,200–3,500 sales and 3,000–3,200 handovers.
In the second quarter alone, the developer signed 719 preliminary and developer agreements, up from 632 a year earlier, marking a 13.8% increase. Handovers also accelerated: 425 units were delivered in Q2 2026 versus 380 in Q2 2025. Cumulatively, from January to June, Archicom handed over 1,137 apartments, compared to 404 in the first half of 2025.
– Our strength remains a geographically diversified offer and a portfolio that meets the needs of different customer segments. In 2026, we are focusing on strengthening our position in key markets, especially in Warsaw, developing the popular segment, and further improving operational efficiency – said Justyna Kawa, CFO and member of the management board of Archicom.
Popular segment as growth driver
Kawa noted that the popular segment continues to be one of Archicom’s main growth engines. By the end of the year, its share in the sales structure is expected to increase to about 50%, while the company will also maintain a strong premium offer. The developer’s strategy relies on offering affordable housing for a broad group of buyers, particularly in the Warsaw, Wrocław and Tricity markets.
Archicom has been part of the Echo group since 2021 and currently operates in several Polish cities. The company builds both multi-family and single-family projects, targeting a wide range of income profiles.
Full-year targets unchanged
Despite a traditionally weaker first half, the management board is not revising its numbers. – We maintain our operational targets for 2026, assuming sales at the level of 3,200–3,500 apartments and handovers of 3,000–3,200 units. The schedule of ongoing investments means that, like in previous years, the second half of the year will be much more intense both in terms of launching new projects and in terms of sales and handovers – Kawa explained.
The developer reported that in Q2 2026 it began construction of several new stages in its flagship projects, which will feed the sales pipeline in the coming months. Archicom also has a land bank that allows it to maintain a stable pace of new launches.
Analysts following the company expect that the market recovery in the second half of the year, combined with stable interest rates and government support programs (such as the “Mieszkanie dla młodych” successor), may help the developer meet its ambitious targets.
