Polish developer Archicom, part of the Echo Group, sold 1,321 units in the first half of 2026, up from 1,162 a year earlier. The company maintains its full-year targets of 3,200-3,500 sales and 3,000-3,200 handovers, with CFO Justyna Kawa forecasting a significantly busier second half.
In the second quarter alone, Archicom signed 719 developer and preliminary agreements, compared to 632 in the same period of 2025. Handovers also rose to 425 units in Q2 2026 from 380 a year earlier, bringing the first-half total to 1,137 units – a sharp jump from 404 in the first half of 2025.
According to Justyna Kawa, the company’s strength lies in its geographically diversified offer and a portfolio that addresses the needs of different customer segments. In 2026, Archicom is focusing on strengthening its position in key markets, especially Warsaw, developing the affordable segment, and further improving operational efficiency.
Affordable segment drives growth
The affordable segment remains one of Archicom’s main growth engines this year. Kawa stated that by the end of 2026, its share in the sales structure is expected to rise to around 50%, while the company maintains a strong premium offering.
Archicom’s strategy relies on balancing volume and margin across different price brackets. The developer sees the most demand in larger cities, where supply constraints and demographic trends support sustained buyer interest.
Outlook and pipeline
The company confirmed its operational targets for 2026: sales between 3,200 and 3,500 units, and handovers between 3,000 and 3,200 units. – We confirm our operational targets for 2026, assuming sales at 3,200-3,500 apartments and handovers of 3,000-3,200 units. The schedule of ongoing investments means that, as in previous years, the second half of the year will be much more intense both in terms of launching new projects and in terms of sales and apartment handovers – said Justyna Kawa, CFO and board member of Archicom.
Archicom has been part of the Echo Group since 2021. The group’s financial backing and land bank give the developer room to accelerate construction starts in the coming months.
